U.S. Thanksgiving Dinners at Bistro 1979


Students at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management program have run, designed, and cooked delicious U.S. Thanksgiving feasts at restaurant Bistro 1979. Over 10 U.S. cooperator groups sponsored beef, fish, turkey, potatoes, cranberries, pecans, and more from across the U.S. to support the students’ new culinary tradition.
